Customer Service Executive

We are currently hiring for Customer Support Executive / Technical Support Executive for our Client which is a leading BPO. Roles are open in both voice and non voice segments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with solutions to customer queries and complaints

  • Need to troubleshoot technical issues related to customer’s services

  • provide assistance to customers on queries relating to their Products and Services via CHAT or voice

  • Provide best solutions to customers by understanding their issues and concerns

  • Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidate should be Minimum 12th pass

  • Fresher and Experience are eligible to apply

  • Rotational Shifts/Rotational Weekly off's

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills

  • Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English

  • Work experience in BPO industry will be an added advantage
